1. Agreement and eligibility

By using WorldFoods Market, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for account activity and protecting credentials and codes. Notify WorldFoods Market promptly about unauthorized access. Access may be suspended to protect customers or investigate misuse.

3. Products, prices, and availability

Descriptions, images, sizes, origin, ingredients, packaging, and prices can change. The physical package controls for allergens, warnings, certifications, and instructions. An order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance or inventory.

• Obvious catalog or pricing errors may be corrected.
• Quantity limits may apply.
• Taxes, deposits, fees, tips, and charges appear when applicable.

4. Substitutions and variable weight

When an item is unavailable, a replacement may be offered according to your preferences. Review substitutions for allergens and dietary needs. The final charge may change based on replacement or actual weight.

5. Payment authorization

You authorize WorldFoods Market and payment providers to charge the selected method for the order and approved adjustments. A temporary authorization can differ from the final total.

6. Delivery and pickup

Delivery windows are estimates. You are responsible for an accurate address, safe access, timely communication, and prompt grocery storage. Failed handoff may lead to return, rescheduling, cancellation, or added charges.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation depends on fulfillment status. Perishable and unsafe-to-resell products generally cannot be returned. Eligible order issues follow the Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Promotions and credits

Offers may have eligibility rules, expiration dates, limits, exclusions, and non-transferability. They have no cash value unless required by law and may be withdrawn when issued in error or obtained through misuse.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for fraud, unauthorized resale, harmful conduct, or unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with security, scrape at scale, introduce malicious code, or access another account.
• Do not harass staff, shoppers, drivers, vendors, or customers.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. WorldFoods Market does not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact delivery times, or continuous product availability. Legal rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.

11. Changes and contact
