Seller terms

Brand ownership and approval

Applicants must own the brand or have written authorization to represent it. WorldFoods Market reviews applications before stores may publish listings. Provide accurate business, product, contact, and pickup information. Approval is not an endorsement of any product claim.

15% marketplace commission

WorldFoods Market retains 15% of the product subtotal for each sale. The seller earns 85%. Commission is calculated in cents for each product line. Tax, delivery fees and customer tips are excluded. Example: a $100 product sale produces $15 commission and $85 seller earnings.

Products and fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, ingredients and allergen information, product safety, inventory, proper storage, packaging and readiness for pickup. Only list products you can supply. Fulfill each order using the agreed delivery window and communicate problems through order messages.

Payments and earnings

Sellers complete Stripe identity and bank verification before accepting marketplace orders. Customer payments are collected by WorldFoods Market. Seller earnings may be released after confirmed delivery and review of pending returns or payment disputes. A transfer to Stripe is separate from a bank payout; bank availability depends on the seller’s Stripe account and schedule. Marketplace payment processing fees are borne by WorldFoods Market.

Returns, refunds and disputes

Customers may request help or a refund from their order. WorldFoods Market reviews requests and coordinates with the seller. Product refunds reverse the related seller earnings and commission. Tax is adjusted with the refund. Delivery fees and tips are reviewed separately. Refund processing does not automatically return perishable goods to sellable stock.

Customer information

Use order details only to fulfill the customer’s purchase and handle related service requests. Keep customer information private. Uploaded ownership documents are available only to the applicant and authorized marketplace administrators. Delivery photos are limited to the relevant order participants.

Store access

WorldFoods Market may suspend stores while reviewing ownership, product, fulfillment, or payment issues. Contact marketplace support to correct verified business details or discuss an application decision.
